Welcome to Karen and Ian’s travel blog detailing our travels across Singapore, New Zealand , Australia and Hong Kong to celebrate our retirement and 60th Birthdays.
Our travels will begin on 10th January 2019 and finish on 10th April 2019, the timetable is as follows:-
January 10th 2019 – Fly from London to Singapore via Dubai.
January 11th 2019 – Arrive in Singapore
January 15th 2019 – Depart Singapore for flight to Auckland, New Zealand via Melbourne, Australia
January 15th 2019 – Arrive in Auckland
January 18th 2019 – Depart Auckland for a tour around the North Island in an RV
January 30th 2019 – Arrive in Wellington, North Island for the ferry to Hamilton, South Island
January 30th 2019 – Depart Hamilton for a tour around the South Island in an RV
February 18th 2019 – Arrive in Christchurch, South Island on final leg of New Zealand tour
February 21st 2019 – Depart Christchurch, South Island New Zealand for the flight to Melbourne, Australia.
February 21st 2019 – Arrive in Melbourne, Australia
February 25th 2019 – Depart Melbourne for a self drive tour to Adelaide along the Great Ocean Road.
March 1st 2019 – Arrive in Adelaide
March 3rd 2019 – Depart Adelaide for a train journey on The Ghan to Alice Springs
March 4th 2019 – Arrive in Alice Springs for tour to Ayes Rock
March 7th 2019 – Depart Alice Springs for flight to Cains
March 7th 2019 – Arrive in Cains and travel to Port Douglas
March 11th 2019 – Depart Port Douglas to travel to Cains
March 11th 2019 – Arrive in Cains to pick up RV
March 11th 2019 – Depart Cains for tour along the Gold Coast to Sydney in RV
March 29th 2019 – Arrive in Sydney
April 3rd 2019 – Depart Sydney for flight to Perth
April 3rd 2019 – Arrive in Perth
April 6th 2019 – Depart Perth for flight to Hong Kong via Singapore
April 6th 2019 – Arrive in Hong Kong
April 9th 2019 – Depart Hong Kong for flight to London via Dubai.
April 10th 2019 – Arrive back in London
